Hi, I’m Tess Goeller, founder of Elite Event Solutions.
My entrepreneurial journey began at a very young age in the Philippines. I still remember walking through our town’s streets, selling homemade delicacies my grandmother lovingly prepared. Her food always sold out, not just because it was delicious, but because it was made with heart. She often told me,
“You’re already cooking, you’re already there — make it delicious.”
She was known as the town’s “grandma,” and every dish she made felt like an act of love. Growing up under her care, I learned that cooking was more than a skill — it was a way to connect, serve, and care for others.
That early spark led me to a lifelong passion for food and hospitality. I’ve spent over 20 years in the food industry, committed to delivering meals and experiences that people remember. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing the joy on someone’s face after enjoying a meal I’ve created with my team.
I founded Elite Event Solutions to bring that same love and excellence into every event we touch. But more than that, this business is about creating opportunity — especially for the next generation. I’m passionate about teaching young people how to work, lead, and build something of their own.
This mission became even more personal when my oldest son, Jaymar, left for a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Inspired by his dedication to serve, I wanted to build something meaningful — not only to honor him but to serve others as he serves the Lord. Through this business, I aim to create lasting impact by offering jobs, mentorship, and a place where people can thrive.
Elite Event Solutions is truly a family effort. My husband and daughter love to bake, and my two younger sons share my passion for cooking. Together, we make a strong team — collaborating, planning, and executing events with heart and purpose.

In addition to full-service event solutions, we also specialize in daily food pack meals and serve as a concessionaire for large organizations, including BPO companies, schools, and other corporate offices.
